SURE Building & Pest engaged us to modernized their website, with the goal to increase traffic and conversions for their business. Recognizing their various services can be confusing for users, we created an easy-to-navigate website, with each inspection explained in a logical design.

The website was built with UX and SEO front-of-mind, in close collaboration with their digital marketing team, to deliver outstanding results. Since the new site has launched, SURE Building & Pest has seen a huge increase in organic traffic to their website, resulting in them dialing back their paid marketing spend, to allow them to keep up with demand.

We created a clear, simplistic presentation of information, to help users request the type of building inspection they required. Users are then presented with a simple quote form, to get an on-the-spot quote and book an inspection straight away. This has significantly increased user engagement on the site and bookings for their business.

The simplicity of the quote and booking process centers around their custom quote calculator. We custom-built the calculator to accurately give users a price for their inspection, based on the details entered.

The calculator is easy to use and available on all pages of the website, to allow for quick and easy conversions. For the inspectors, the calculator passes essential data, allowing them to quickly respond to each enquiry, cutting down on admin time, allowing them to get to more inspections, and provide same-day reports.
